2. Multi-Tenant Cloud SaaS Portal
Our flagship Multi-Tenant Cloud SaaS Portal is built around independent organisation workspaces. Application records are tenant-scoped, document access is checked against the authenticated tenant, and the platform SuperAdmin is explicitly restricted from opening customer tenant documents. The organisation administrator account uses authenticator-based MFA, while staff MFA can be enabled or enforced by the tenant administrator.
Uploaded compliance documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and authenticated before delivery. The application also maintains server-side access controls and audit logging for relevant administrative and employee actions. Exact browser-origin controls are configured for approved application origins.
Current Compliance Status & Action Queues
The tenant dashboard brings together current workforce records, documents being processed, pending contact updates, leave requests, Sponsor Management System reporting events, payroll-audit status, Visa / Right to Work reporting and missing-evidence checks. 3. Dedicated Localised Deployment
For organisations with a specific requirement to keep the primary application database and document vault on customer-designated hardware, the Localised Deployment provides a dedicated alternative to the hosted Cloud service. Authorised browser access can be provided on the local network, with secure remote access available through a configured Cloudflare Tunnel where required.
When the Local Option Fits
The Localised deployment is intended for customers that prioritise local infrastructure control and do not require CloudNet’s managed SaaS hosting model. It avoids a mandatory monthly CloudNet SaaS software licence while retaining the core compliance application and browser-based workflow. Ongoing infrastructure, backups and update arrangements remain customer-managed or separately agreed.

Native Payroll API Integrations

Payslip OCR & BACS Evidence Auto-Distributor
The document-processing worker supports tenant-specific payslip templates for gross and net pay extraction, with fallback parsing where required. For BACS evidence, an administrator can upload a master bank statement; the background worker reads the statement, matches employees using their BACS reference, creates privacy-redacted employee-specific proof and stores the resulting evidence against the relevant worker record.
Monthly Salary Evidence Reconciliation
For each relevant pay period, the platform compares the effective salary record with available payslip gross/net values and BACS payment evidence. The resulting audit status can identify matched evidence, partial evidence or records requiring review. Authorised administrators can also record a manual verification, accepted variance or approved exception with supporting notes and evidence.
Visa, Right to Work & Missing Evidence Reporting
The administrative Visa / Right to Work report brings together immigration status, visa expiry, Right to Work check dates, eVisa share codes and relevant evidence counts. A separate missing-evidence report identifies selected core gaps such as passport, signed contract, Right to Work / visa evidence and missing BACS references.
