What is UKVI Sponsor Compliance Assist Software?

CloudNet Technologies developed the software to help organisations bring key areas of sponsor-licence administration into a more structured working environment.

Instead of relying on disconnected documents and spreadsheets, administrators can organise workforce information, Right to Work records, supporting evidence, employee actions and compliance preparation within the appropriate deployment.

The Cloud and Localised editions are separate deployments and should not be treated as feature-identical. Some functionality, particularly the direct payroll API integrations, is specific to the Cloud SaaS edition.

7 powerful benefits of UKVI Sponsor Compliance Assist Software

  1. Structured workforce records. Keep important employee, sponsorship, immigration and employment information organised within a dedicated compliance system.
  2. Right to Work evidence management. Maintain relevant Right to Work information and supporting documents alongside the employee record.
  3. Employee self-service. Native employee self-service is available in both the Cloud SaaS and Localised deployment options.
  4. Document and evidence workflows. Bring employee evidence and administrative actions into a more controlled compliance process.
  5. Structured compliance preparation. Use information already maintained within the system to support internal compliance review and audit preparation.
  6. Deployment choice. Choose managed Cloud infrastructure or a Localised Deployment where the primary database and document storage remain on customer-designated hardware.
  7. Cloud payroll integrations. The Multi-Tenant Cloud SaaS Portal supports direct Xero, QuickBooks and Sage payroll integrations for supported payroll and evidence workflows.

Multi-Tenant Cloud SaaS Portal

The Cloud edition of UKVI Sponsor Compliance Assist Software is designed for organisations that want secure browser access and centrally managed application infrastructure without maintaining the main application environment themselves.

Cloud customers receive an organisation-specific tenant workspace with tenant-scoped data controls, encrypted document storage, centrally managed updates and native employee self-service.

Xero, QuickBooks and Sage payroll integrations

The Cloud SaaS edition includes supported payroll and accounting integrations with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.

These integrations are used within the Cloud environment to support relevant payroll and compliance workflows.

Cloud pricing

Eligible Cloud plans include one full calendar month free. After the free period, plans start from £29 per month, billed annually.

Localised Deployment for customer-hosted data

Organisations using UKVI Sponsor Compliance Assist Software that prefer to keep the primary application database and document storage on their own designated hardware can choose the Localised Deployment.

The Localised Edition includes customer-hosted database and document storage, local browser access and a native employee self-service portal.

Optional secure remote access can also be configured through a Cloudflare Tunnel where required.

A separate Localised feature set

The Localised Deployment is not simply a copy of the Multi-Tenant Cloud SaaS Portal. It is a separate deployment with its own feature set.

In particular, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage payroll API integrations are available in the Cloud SaaS edition and are not included in the Localised Edition.

Localised Deployment pricing

The Localised Deployment is available for a £998 one-time software licence and initial setup fee.

There is no mandatory monthly CloudNet SaaS software licence fee for the Localised Edition.

One month of complimentary support is included following initial setup. Ongoing support, later upgrades, backup arrangements and Cloudflare administration can be provided separately where required or agreed.

Choosing your UKVI Sponsor Compliance Assist Software deployment

The appropriate UKVI Sponsor Compliance Assist Software deployment depends on how your organisation wants its sponsor-compliance environment to be hosted and maintained.

Choose the Multi-Tenant Cloud SaaS Portal if you want managed hosting, centrally maintained updates, secure browser access and the supported Xero, QuickBooks and Sage payroll integrations.

Choose the Localised Deployment if keeping the primary application database and document storage on customer-designated hardware is the priority.
