Multi-Channel Ecommerce Platform Order Management
Bring supported marketplace orders into one operational environment where authorised users can review order references, channels, account information, status and commercial values.
Current FoundationA professional Multi-Channel Ecommerce Platform bringing marketplace orders, inventory, shipping, fulfilment workflows and commercial reporting into one operational commerce environment.
CloudNet Technologies is developing CloudNet CommerceOS around Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Temu marketplace workflows. For the Amazon integration, production use remains subject to Amazon approval; the current security foundation includes Multi-Factor Authentication, role-based access, tenant-aware controls and structured audit logging.
Request Technical DiscussionCloudNet CommerceOS is being developed around a common operational model connecting marketplace orders, inventory, shipping, fulfilment and commercial reporting rather than treating every marketplace as an isolated system.
Bring supported marketplace orders into one operational environment where authorised users can review order references, channels, account information, status and commercial values.
Current FoundationMaintain master SKUs, product information, stock quantities, base costs and operational data through a central inventory structure.
Current FoundationSeller-authorised connection workflows provide the basis for supported Amazon, eBay and future marketplace integrations.
Development ActiveConnect postage-label processing, shipment preparation and dispatch activity with the originating marketplace order.
ExpandingReview supported revenue, marketplace fees, shipping expenditure, VAT and estimated commercial margin through one reporting view.
Current FoundationProduct and operational rules create the foundation for warehouse instructions, shipping workflows and future automated order-to-dispatch operations.
Current FoundationCloudNet CommerceOS is being developed as a central operational workspace for marketplace connections, recent orders, inventory, shipping, commercial reporting and controlled staff workflows.
Marketplace connectivity is a core part of CloudNet CommerceOS. Amazon and eBay integration work forms part of the current development foundation, while TikTok Shop and Temu are included within the marketplace expansion roadmap.
Amazon integration is being developed for authorised seller workflows covering Product Listing, Pricing, Finance & Accounting, Inventory & Order Tracking and Direct-to-Consumer Shipping (Restricted). Production use remains subject to Amazon approval.
eBay marketplace development includes authorised account connection workflows and supported order and fulfilment information connected with the common operating model.
TikTok Shop integration is included within the roadmap for supported seller-authorised product, inventory, order and fulfilment workflows.
Temu integration is included within the marketplace roadmap so supported commerce functions can ultimately operate through the same platform.
CloudNet CommerceOS is being developed as a public solution for authorised Amazon sellers. The submitted Amazon Solution Provider scope covers the United Kingdom, United States and Canada and the roles shown below. Production API use remains subject to Amazon review and approval.
| Amazon Role | CloudNet CommerceOS Purpose |
|---|---|
| Product Listing | Support authorised seller listing management and product-listing workflows within the multi-channel platform. |
| Pricing | Support authorised offer and pricing workflows associated with the seller’s connected Amazon account. |
| Finance & Accounting | Retrieve supported financial information required for merchant reconciliation, marketplace-cost visibility and commercial reporting. |
| Inventory & Order Tracking | Synchronise supported Amazon inventory, orders and operational order status with the seller’s central CloudNet workflow. |
| Direct-to-Consumer Shipping (Restricted) | Access shipment recipient information only where necessary for authorised merchant-fulfilled shipping and eligible Amazon Buy Shipping label workflows. |
The Amazon integration is designed so Amazon information is processed only for seller-authorised operational purposes. Buyer personally identifiable information is handled separately from general inventory, financial and commercial data and is limited to the restricted shipping purpose for which it is required.
Buyer personally identifiable information required for an Amazon merchant-fulfilled order is used only where necessary for the authorised shipping and label-generation workflow. It is not intended for advertising, direct marketing, buyer profiling or unrelated analytics.
Buyer PII used for an authorised shipping workflow is configured for a 22-day application retention period, with earlier deletion where an applicable Amazon deletion, revocation or authorisation event requires it.
Amazon account connectivity is implemented around Amazon-supported seller authorisation mechanisms. Manual Amazon channel credential entry is blocked, and CloudNet CommerceOS does not require merchants to disclose their Amazon Seller Central password.
Amazon information is accessed and retained only for the seller-authorised operational purpose. Buyer PII is encrypted before PostgreSQL persistence using OpenBao Transit AES-256-GCM96 and is decrypted just-in-time for the authorised workflow, with access restricted to appropriate systems and users.
CloudNet CommerceOS is intended to connect the operational lifecycle from marketplace order intake and inventory availability through warehouse processing, shipping, dispatch and commercial reporting.
Bring supported marketplace order information into a common dashboard so authorised staff can identify the channel, merchant account, status and required operational action.
Connect master SKU records with operational instructions and product-specific processing rules used within fulfilment workflows.
Current application workflows include postage-label upload and processing as the foundation for more automated dispatch operations.
Amazon Buy Shipping functionality is part of the production roadmap for eligible merchant-fulfilled orders, subject to applicable Amazon roles, permissions and integration approval.
RoadmapConsolidate supported revenue, marketplace fees, shipping expenditure, VAT and estimated margin into a central commercial reporting view.
Administrative and staff-facing workflows are intended to keep operational users focused on the tasks appropriate to their assigned role.
The objective is not simply to connect more marketplace APIs. CloudNet CommerceOS is being designed to reduce operational separation by connecting marketplace activity with one common order, inventory, fulfilment and reporting model.
| Fragmented Workflow | CloudNet CommerceOS Workflow |
|---|---|
| ✕ Separate Marketplace Dashboards Staff repeatedly move between marketplace interfaces to locate orders, stock, shipping information and account activity. | ✓ Unified Marketplace Visibility Supported marketplace activity can be presented through a common operational environment. |
| ✕ Disconnected Inventory Records Products sold through several marketplaces can require repeated manual stock reconciliation. | ✓ Central Master SKU Model A shared product reference can connect inventory, orders, operational rules and supported marketplace synchronisation. |
| ✕ Manual Shipping Transfers Shipment information is repeatedly moved between order and carrier systems. | ✓ Connected Shipping Workflows Shipping and label activity can be associated with the originating marketplace order. |
| ✕ Separate Commercial Reports Channel revenue, costs and operational information are often analysed through unrelated reports. | ✓ Cross-Channel Reporting Supported commercial information can be reviewed through one operational reporting environment. |
Security controls supporting CloudNet CommerceOS and its Amazon integration include tenant-aware access, Multi-Factor Authentication, role-based least privilege, controlled private connectivity, Cloudflare WAF protection, OpenBao-backed encryption and structured audit logging.
The controls below describe the current application and infrastructure security foundation used for the Amazon integration. Production Amazon API access remains subject to Amazon review and approval.
Multi-Factor Authentication is enforced on protected CommerceOS workflows, including privileged and administrative access paths.
Current ControlTenant-scoped application controls isolate merchant organisations, marketplace credentials, orders, inventory, configuration and operational records within the CommerceOS data model.
Current ControlIndividually identifiable accounts, defined application roles, least-privilege controls and tenant-aware authorisation restrict access to protected CommerceOS workflows.
Current ControlSystem, application, auditd, AIDE and OpenBao audit evidence supports security investigation. Security logs are archived to private Cloudflare R2 with retention exceeding 12 months and are subject to documented review.
Current ControlPublic CommerceOS traffic is protected by Cloudflare WAF and routed through controlled HA gateway and HAProxy services. Backend data services communicate over restricted private network paths rather than public exposure.
Amazon connectivity uses the seller-authorised OAuth path. Amazon credentials are not hard-coded or placed in queue payloads; protected credentials are encrypted using OpenBao and decrypted only when required by the server-side workflow.
